Moulton's past print projects include homemade yearbooks, 'zines, writing anthologies and poetry published into gumball capsules and online. Web projects include Gumball Poetry, the Psychic Book project, and Project Hamad, a website created to tell the story of Adel Hamad, a Sudanese man detained at Guantanamo Bay. Over the years, participants have included postal workers, poets, immigrants, neighbors, high school students and women prisoners from Coffee Creek Correctional Facility.
She leads writing residencies in high schools for Writers in the Schools, and has published short stories and essays. Her collage and encaustic work has been shown at the Urban Legends exhibit on Alberta, and the 4x4 art show at Collage (both in the fall of 2005).
